Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: From 5:00 PM (an earlier check-in may be arranged on request, subject to availability).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM (a late check-out may be possible during the low season).
Booking and Cancellation Conditions
The booking and cancellation conditions described here apply to reservations made directly with the accommodation through our own channels (telephone, website, email, etc.). Reservations made through external booking platforms may be subject to their own terms and conditions, which are beyond the accommodation’s control.
Reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 PM on the day of arrival. If we have not received any communication from the guest by that time, the reservation will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled.
The apartment is booked for the dates specified in the reservation. If guests do not stay for the full number of days booked or the agreed number of guests do not stay at the accommodation, the full agreed stay will still be payable.
A credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or Euro 6000) is required to make a reservation.
The full amount of the booking will be charged at check-in.
The credit card details provided at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation. The full booking amount will not be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations made 8–14 days before check-in: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before check-in: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged.
All prices include VAT.

Tresanea Apartments does not accept pets.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in all indoor communal areas of the property.
Parties of any kind are not permitted inside the apartments.
All guests must have a valid identity document (national ID card or passport) and present it at reception upon arrival, in accordance with current legal requirements.
